تلتزم جودفاي (jodfy.com) بحماية خصوصيتك وفقًا لـنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية ولائحته التنفيذية، وتحت إشراف الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (SDAIA). توضّح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع بياناتك الشخصية ومعالجتها وحمايتها.
الجهة المسؤولة عن البيانات (جهة التحكّم)
جودفاي — استوديو تقني رقمي. البريد: info@jodfy.com. السجل التجاري: (يُحدَّث). نحن جهة التحكّم في بياناتك بالمعنى الوارد في النظام.
البيانات التي نجمعها
البيانات التي تزوّدنا بها مباشرة عبر النماذج أو المساعد الذكي (الاسم، البريد، الجوال، اسم الجهة، تفاصيل مشروعك)، إضافة إلى بيانات تقنية تُجمع تلقائيًا (نوع المتصفح، الصفحات المزارة) لتحسين الخدمة.
الأساس النظامي للمعالجة والغرض منها
نعالج بياناتك بناءً على موافقتك و/أو لتنفيذ الخدمة المطلوبة، للأغراض التالية: الرد على طلباتك، تقديم خدماتنا والتواصل بشأن مشروعك، تحسين الموقع، وإرسال النشرة عند اشتراكك. ولن تُستخدم بياناتك لأغراض أخرى دون موافقتك.
مشاركة البيانات والإفصاح
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. قد نشاركها مع مزوّدي خدمات موثوقين بالقدر اللازم وضمن التزامات السرية، أو عند وجود متطلّب نظامي من جهة مختصة. وأي نقل للبيانات خارج المملكة يتم وفق ضوابط نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببياناتك للمدة اللازمة لتحقيق أغراض المعالجة أو بالقدر الذي تتطلّبه الأنظمة، ثم تُتلَف أو تُجهَّل هويتها.
حقوقك بموجب النظام
وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، لك الحق في: العلم بكيفية معالجة بياناتك، والوصول إليها، وطلب تصحيحها أو تحديثها، وطلب إتلافها، وسحب موافقتك في أي وقت. لممارسة هذه الحقوق راسلنا على info@jodfy.com، ولك الحق في تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (SDAIA).
أمن البيانات
نطبّق إجراءات تنظيمية وتقنية معقولة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول أو الإفصاح غير المصرّح به.

Jodfy (jodfy.com) is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of Saudi Arabia and its Implementing Regulations, overseen by the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA). This policy explains how we collect, process, and protect your personal data.

Data we collect
Data you provide directly via forms or the assistant (name, email, phone, organization, project details), plus technical data collected automatically (browser type, pages visited) to improve the service.
Legal basis and purpose
We process your data based on your consent and/or to perform the requested service, for: responding to your requests, providing our services and communicating about your project, improving the site, and sending the newsletter if you subscribe. Your data will not be used for other purposes without your consent.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers to the extent necessary and under confidentiality, or where required by a competent authority. Any transfer outside the Kingdom is done in line with the PDPL.
Retention
We retain your data for as long as needed to fulfil the processing purposes or as required by law, after which it is destroyed or anonymized.
Your rights under the law
Under the PDPL you have the right to: be informed of how your data is processed, access it, request its correction or update, request its destruction, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights email info@jodfy.com; you also have the right to lodge a complaint with SDAIA.

We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
