حذف حساب وبيانات جودفاي
هذه الصفحة متاحة للجميع، ولا تتطلب تسجيل الدخول لقراءة خطوات طلب الحذف.
الحذف من داخل التطبيق
إذا كان بإمكانك تسجيل الدخول إلى تطبيق Jodfy (جودفاي)، افتح قسم الحساب ثم اختر حذف الحساب والبيانات وأكّد الطلب. هذا يحذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به نهائيًا.
طلب الحذف دون تسجيل الدخول
إذا فقدت الوصول إلى حسابك، قدّم طلبًا من صفحة التواصل العامة أو أرسل بريدًا إلى info@jodfy.com. اذكر البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بالحساب وعبارة «طلب حذف بيانات جودفاي». لا ترسل كلمة المرور. قد نطلب تأكيدًا معقولًا لملكية الحساب قبل تنفيذ الطلب.
البيانات التي تُحذف
عند إكمال الحذف، تُزال بيانات الحساب وبيانات التواصل المرتبطة به، بما فيها الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الجوال وبيانات تسجيل الدخول، وكذلك طلبات الخدمات والرسائل وأفكار المشاريع ومحادثات المساعد المرتبطة بالحساب، واشتراك النشرة البريدية المرتبط بالبريد نفسه.
البيانات التي قد نحتفظ بها
لا يعالج تطبيق جودفاي مدفوعات ولا يحتفظ ببيانات دفع. قد نحتفظ بسجلات أمنية أو تقنية محدودة، أو بمعلومات يفرض القانون الاحتفاظ بها، فقط للمدة اللازمة للامتثال القانوني أو منع إساءة الاستخدام أو حل النزاعات. لا تُستخدم هذه السجلات بعد الحذف لإعادة إنشاء الحساب أو التسويق له.

Delete from the app
If you can sign in to Jodfy, open Account, choose Delete account and data, and confirm the request. This permanently deletes the account and its linked data.
Request deletion without signing in
If you cannot access your account, submit a request through the public contact page or email info@jodfy.com. Include the email address associated with the account and the words “Jodfy data deletion request.” Do not send your password. We may ask for reasonable proof of account ownership before completing the request.
Data we delete
When deletion is completed, we remove the account and its contact data, including name, email address, phone number, and sign-in data. We also delete linked service requests, messages, project ideas, assistant conversations, and the newsletter subscription associated with the same email address.
Data we may retain
The Jodfy app does not process payments and does not retain payment information. We may retain limited technical or security logs, or information required by law, only for as long as necessary for legal compliance, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution. Those records are not used to recreate or market to the deleted account.
